“In this class attendees learn how to apply their selling skills to the world of e-commerce. Time is devoted to responding to all types of RFP’s and e-leads. Attendees are encouraged and mentored on how to use all resources available to create a strong bond and to craft proposals that are meaningful, customized and compelling (even in the absence of personal interaction). Selling successfully includes a strong well crafted call opening, probing, product presentation and closing. All of these skills will be addressed during this break out session.”
